This is a useful little stand-alone program that applies many-many different tweaks to your Windows XP system. This file is taken directly off the CD, but has no dependencies.
If you do not know how to use this software, it’s better that you stay away. Works only with Windows XP, I’ve never tested it with Vista and I don’t suggest you try.
